Today, I feel blessed to be in the United States as well as many other immigrants, not just Latinos but all the immigrants coming from around the world looking an opportunity in this beautiful country, named the “ land of opportunity “.
Day by day, thousands of histories are created by millions of people, immigrants that strive for a better future for them and their families here in this land of opportunities. Immigrants fight daily to improve their circumstances of life and their families despite being sometimes for many, illegal residents, not knowing the law and to make it worst not being able to speak English.
But, It is a fact that all immigrants work hard in this country, earn money and many of them send it back to their families in their own country, to better their family’s future.
In my view, illegal immigrants are heroes, that deserves an acknowledgment and a round of applause for their courage and fight for a better life despite all limitations and circumstances that surround every immigrant to conquer their objectives, a lot of times even their life is put into risk….
I, from my perspective, acknowledge, how difficult and complicated is to come to The United States of America and look for opportunities, in a country where culture and rots are completely different to ours, however, in this country, we are set automatically to have better opportunities and grow personally due to all of the different natural obstacles, for being in a foreign country and being an immigrant, but that’s the magic of this country, the opportunity lies there is there for us to take it and be successful despite any circumstance.
We as an immigrant should be proud of ourselves of our work ethic, our capacity, and discipline to work hard no matter what, we come to this country to be productive and offer distinct talents to make this country better.
